It was a beautiful day at the Swan Island Dahlia farm for a mother & daughter mini photo session. I love everything about this session. Its only days away from this sweet girl turning seven years old! What a special way to celebrate this beautiful, bright little sprite!

Like so many new parents, the first few weeks, even months, are a bit overwhelming. Getting newborn photos booked isn't always on the top of your list of things to do before baby comes. However, its never too late to do some beautiful milestone shots at any time of your babies whirlwind of a first year. Babies go through so many changes in such a short amount of time.
This family was so much fun to spend the morning with. I'm so happy I got to capture this point in time in their precious daughters existence.

I've never had a session that was SO much fun! A bunch of babes, cute head wraps and clothes, playing with dozens of balloons in the studio. How could I ask for a better way to start my day!
To be completely honest, I never thought of myself to be a wedding photographer... Until it happened! This last fall I was asked to photograph this amazing couple on their special day. I reluctuntly said yes, but explained that newborns and families were my jam.
After meeting the couple and their truly incredible family, I could hardly wait to capture their shared love for one another. Every detail from this couples wedding was as authentic as they were and was a true reflection of them and their loved ones.
The wedding was at the grooms ansolutely stunning family farm in the Oregon wine country. All the decorations were envisioned and carried out by the parents, family & close friends. Everything was done with so much love and you could feel in and see it right away.
It was a true honor to be a part of this couples special day.
